Where do you get your information?

Are there other sites you check for NXT information? I've got a collection of other NXT/robot blogs (right column) but I'm always looking for more. Besides the MDP list of websites and blogs that I'll publish on May 1st, maybe you're aware of others... if so, please let me know.

Jim, your site and Filip's site are the two I check often. I am a little disappointed in the two official blogs nxtclub.com and nxtblot.com because they do not update the information very often. To me the purpose of a blog is to provide information in a timely manner and I want to thank you and Filip for the energy you put into your blogs and for keeping me entertained and excited while I wait for the Mindstorms NXT to be released.
Thank you for checking in regularly... I know that Filip and I enjoy the hunt for more information and hopefully there will be a LOT more to come.

I started my blog as a way for me to keep all the data and info I found in one place... I really didn't think there would be much interest from other readers. I would hunt for this info, even without readers, so I'm happy to share what I find...

As for other blogs out there, all I can say is this: since I work from home AND my job is writing, I know I have the time to keep my blog updated. I can't say this for everyone else - many people have full-time jobs that only allow them to concentrate on their blogs in the evenings/weekends. I just try to make my blog enjoyable and informative. I'm not in competition with anyone - I do this for fun and because I enjoy the Mindstorms products.

Thanks again for your comments...

I think many of us are starved for information (I know I am) about the NXT. But I don't think there will be a lot more before May 1st. There is only so much they will release now, and then only start leaking more information as July draws nearer. But there should be a lot more info starting May 1st. I'm looking forward to that.

And no, no additional sites. I just started looking around for existing Mindstorms webpages with cool robots, and there are some rather nice ones. But no NXT information there, either.

Hello! I am 12 years old and live in Australia. I am responsible for the dot on your map of readers on the very eastern side of the continent.
I use the bnxt site as a collection from all over the web. If there's new stuff I check your blog, because it has all the new info on it. Thank you for a great site!

PS. I got my dad to sign up for me in the MDP but I didn't get in. Oh well
I'm sorry you didn't make it into the MDP. But I'm sure once you get your hands on the NXT, it'll make the wait worth it...

And thank you for your comment... I do see visitors from Australia, so it's nice to hear from you!

Please let me know if you have any questions, okay? I'll do my best to answer them on May 1st (or after)...

I'll second the opinion on nxtbot and nxtclub. They seem to be asleep at the wheel when it comes to MSNXT news.

I know information is limited right now because no one seems to be releasing new information other than the education blog and your site. But please keep posting what you can. I can't wait until May 1.
