Belated welcome...

I was out of town for a few days, so I apologize to Peter Hoh that I didn't get a chance to welcome him to The NXT Step. I've had the opportunity to speak and email with Peter and I think you'll enjoy his perspective on the NXT (and the STEP before The NXT Step!).
