Only the head and arms are motorized, so I'm guessing it can't walk. But with a second NXT...Maybe.

I would think that weight will be much to high for a nxt servo to lift a leg. but maybe with a 1000to 1 gear ratio per servo motor:) Mine needs 25to 1 to get the legs to articulate and its only 14" tall. But if he can it to walk that would be very cool. make a great video, it looks mean.
"The Terminator" hehe... OMG!! It is so awsome! It is over 3 feet (over 1 meter)! It must contain several thousands of parts. It is just... OMG it is so cool! I wish I had the skills and parts to make something like that.

he is claiming at nxt log it walks? um i dont think so with 1 nxt? i hate to be a doubting tom but. all those articulting joints from 1 nxt? i think he needs to show a video of this walking. easy to say one thing but doing it is another. it will take 3 nxts and a few motomuxs to articulate all those joints, then the real hard part programing it....balancing on one foot all these things make me say "idont think so" but iv been wrong before. the people from Missouri have a saying "show me"

I wonder if, when he said it could walk, he just meant the legs were flexible...?
