I need to take a closer look myself, but when one of our team built the truck, he couldn't put one of the bumpers on centered. From how the other bumper was put on it seemed it was missing a couple jumpers. Has anyone else experienced this?

My team had the same problem. It was traced back to an error FOLLOWING the instructions, not an error in the instructions.
