I bet that is nothing compared to the battle that must ensue at the end of the challenge when bot owners try to claim their loose pieces.

That one robot didn't just have 2 RCXs. Notice the NXT motors for driving. It appears 6 RCX motors were used to power the rotor and 2 NXT motors were used for drive. You can see the white NXT brick in the middle of the robot near the ground.
