That's rather unfair anonymous. There were very few tribots among the robot pictures. Fewer than I have come to expect at a tournament.

I love the fist picture under "Game Time". Thumbs up with the other hand on the button. What a great shot.

Some rather interesting designs. Makes me wish I'd been a judge there.

The robot with the long arm doesn't fit in the base. How did they get around that?

The spinning fan like thing in the first picture must have been for the corn and uranium. Could it deliver the wind turbines too? Neat idea.

How much success did that one team have pushing unaltered trees with a simple dozer blade? Our trees fall over if you look at them wrong.

I was watching the videos of some of the rounds and am confused. In two of the videos one team's robot leaves the base while the other team appears to still be setting up. Why's that? The other videos have both teams giving a thumbs up indicating they were ready.

What's the significance of the toothy green smily face?

I like the analysis supplied with the scores. Balance, not table scores, is the surest way to go to state. That's a good message. But then they go and advance three teams based on their table scores (OK, two of those were going anyway). So the overall message is that balance is good, but the table score is more important than anything else. Not such a good message (in my opinion). Why not only use use total scores?
There were many instances of teams telling the refs they were ready but their robots had turned off. This happened twice at a table I was ref'ing.

The smiley face is the logo for Forsythe County - no idea how it came about or its significance.
