Joe Nagata's walker has been through four incarnations. Here's a video of his latest with closeups. It's the most sure-footed yet.

That is very good. I recently attempted an 'ankle-tipper' biped myself but simply could not get it to walk reliably. Most impressed with Joe's latest. May have to steal some 'inspiration' from his one and try again.
