Website issue resolved - waiting on GoDaddy

Thanks for your patience, everyone - I've done my part, so now it's all up to GoDaddy to get the site reactivated. Not sure how long this will take, though...

(I can honestly say I'm not sure I'll ever register another domain with GoDaddy after this - the Domain Management team that I've been dealing with just sends me the same form letter over and over again, even after I've asked specific questions... this is the first time I've had this kind of trouble with GoDaddy, but it's soured me enough to consider saying Adios!)

Just to let the world know, there is no such thing as a good host. I've been through 3 different hosts and hate them all. :D
To clarify, I've NEVER had any trouble with GoDaddy hosting... just this instance where I've had to PROVE my identity and provide some legal paperwork (since I registered thenxtstep under my company's umbrella...)

Oh, well... live and learn.

TECH TIP: Always register using just your personal info or you'll drag your company into it...

I left GoDaddy because they were unreliable and much less than helpful. Hard to run a class on Moodle when the site goes down! Blue Host (bluehost.com) has been solid for me for about 2 years now.
