It is hard to find a good price for the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT 2.0 in Canada, but Costco's Canadian online store is selling it for $300. Regular retail price is $350. Here is the link.
Best place I found for NXT 2.0 is Barnes and Noble. Retail is 279.99. Buy a BN membership and use a retail coupon and save more. Right now, I just tried my membership and an online coupon and saved $42.
I had it down to $229 US a couple of weeks ago.
I could not get it to work with an educator discount, but the store might work with you directly on that.
